To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions of third-party platforms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
