DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital services ordered electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER's website netsandijital.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 – Services

Article 4 – Payment

Payment method: Credit/debit card, cryptocurrency or bank transfer (as selected by the Buyer). All amounts are charged in USD. Performance starts after payment confirmation. Recurring (monthly/quarterly/yearly) services are renewed by payment made by the BUYER from the client area; services that are not renewed may be suspended at the end of the term.

Article 5 – Delivery and Performance

All services are digital and delivered electronically — nothing is shipped physically. Work starts within 1 business day after payment confirmation; reports, live URLs, credentials and deliverables are provided in your client area and by email.

Credentials, reports and deliverables are provided via the BUYER's client area and registered email address. The SELLER is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the BUYER. SEO, traffic and link building results depend on third-party platforms (e.g. search engines and publishers); the SELLER undertakes to perform the described work diligently but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic-driven sales or third-party decisions.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Where the Buyer is a consumer, the Buyer may withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days of its conclusion without giving any reason and without penalty, provided that performance of the service has not yet started. Notice of withdrawal can be sent to info@netsandijital.com or via a support ticket in the client area. Payments are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.

Exceptions: In accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly (e.g. activated proxy credentials, published articles and links), services prepared according to the Buyer's specific requests and personal needs (e.g. custom content, campaigns and reports), and services whose performance has started with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. By confirming the order, the Buyer expressly requests that performance starts immediately.

Article 7 – General Provisions

The BUYER confirms having read the preliminary information on the key features, price, payment and delivery of the services and having given the required electronic confirmation. The services must not be used for unlawful purposes (spam, fraud, phishing, ad fraud, copyright infringement, unauthorised data collection, etc.) and must be used in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy; in case of violation the service may be suspended without notice and without refund. Invoices are issued electronically based on the billing details provided by the BUYER.

Article 8 – Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be submitted to info@netsandijital.com or 0850 840 2352. For consumers resident in Türkiye, Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits. For business customers and customers outside Türkiye, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the Buyer's country of residence.

Article 9 – Entry into Force

This agreement is concluded electronically when the BUYER confirms the order and proceeds to payment. A copy is stored in the BUYER's client area.
