1. Delivery
All products sold by NetsanDijital are digital services; nothing is shipped physically. Delivery takes place electronically via your client area ("My Services") and your registered email address.
All services are digital and delivered electronically — nothing is shipped physically. Work starts within 1 business day after payment confirmation; reports, live URLs, credentials and deliverables are provided in your client area and by email.

2. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason, provided performance has not started. Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form (e.g. activated proxy credentials), services prepared to your specific requirements (custom content, reports, campaigns) and services whose performance started with your approval.
3. Refunds by service
- SEO packages & subscriptions: full refund for a period in which no work has started. Started periods are non-refundable; to stop renewal, cancel at least 3 days before the renewal date.
- Link building & sponsored articles: full refund if no placement has been ordered from publishers. If a placement cannot be delivered, we offer an equivalent replacement or a pro-rata refund. Links removed by a publisher within 6 months are replaced free of charge.
- Content writing: full refund before writing starts; one free revision round is included after delivery.
- Website traffic: undelivered visits are refunded pro-rata if a campaign cannot be completed.
- Proxies: refundable within 3 days of activation only if the service cannot be used due to a technical issue on our side and less than 10% of bandwidth has been consumed. Accounts terminated for Acceptable Use Policy violations are not refunded.
- Audits & consulting: full refund before the analysis starts or the session takes place.
4. Refund process
Requests can be made via a support ticket in your client area or by email to info@netsandijital.com. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method (card, bank account or crypto wallet). Card refunds are made in USD; the time for funds to appear and any exchange-rate difference depends on your bank.
