This Privacy Notice is provided by NetsanDijital — Uğurcan Özsu ("we", "us") as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
1. Personal data we process
- Identity & contact data: name, surname, company, email address, phone number, billing address, country.
- Customer transaction data: orders, proposals, service details you submit (e.g. target URLs and keywords), support conversations and invoices.
- Security data: IP address, login records, device/browser information and cookie data.
- Financial data: payment status and references. Card details are processed only by the payment provider (Whop) and are never stored by us.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to create and manage your account, perform the services you order, prepare proposals, process payments and invoices, provide support, ensure information security, comply with legal obligations and — only with your consent — send marketing communications. Legal bases: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and explicit consent where required (KVKK Art. 5; GDPR Art. 6).
3. Transfers
Data may be shared, only as necessary, with payment providers (Whop, NOWPayments), email delivery providers, cloud/hosting providers, publishers and media partners (only the information needed to publish your content), accountants and authorised public authorities. Some providers are located outside Türkiye; such transfers are carried out in accordance with KVKK Art. 9 and appropriate safeguards.
4. Retention
Data is kept for as long as required by the purpose and applicable laws (e.g. tax and commercial record-keeping periods), then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR you may request access to your data, information about processing, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request data portability (GDPR), withdraw consent at any time and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
