Permitted uses

- Localized website / app QA and testing
- Collection of publicly available, non-personal data (e.g. prices, product availability) in compliance with the target website's terms and applicable law
- Promoting lawful websites, products and services
Strictly prohibited
- Fraud, phishing, carding, identity theft or any financial crime
- Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, account takeover or mass/fake account creation
- Ad fraud, click fraud, inflating ad impressions or sending purchased traffic to pages monetised with pay-per-click/impression ads
- Spam (email, SMS, comment or forum spam) and unsolicited bulk messaging
- Scraping or processing personal data without a lawful basis
- DDoS, vulnerability scanning or any attack against third-party systems
- Circumventing paywalls, geo-restrictions for copyrighted content or platform security measures
- Promoting illegal goods/services, malware, hate speech, adult content or content that infringes intellectual property
- Reselling our services without written permission
Ethical sourcing
Residential IPs are sourced from networks whose participants have given informed consent. We monitor usage to protect these participants and may require identity and use-case verification (KYC).
Enforcement
